Bar and chuck work up to 14” diameter capacity, bar feeders for production runs with live tools eliminating secondary operations, holding tight tolerances. Prototype and production
Inspection
Our QC room includes CMM machine, Optical Video Probe, comparator, surface tester, standard and metric pins, thread gages, bore gages, inspection blocks, bore mics, digital micrometers. Temperature controlled shop and inspection room in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 First article and in process inspection reports by request.
